How will my parcel be sent to the United Arab Emirates?

You can choose between the next day delivery and cash on delivery (also next day). Our distribution partner will automatically select the courier that will offer you the most efficient service.

Next Day Delivery costs AED 10. If you order before 12:00pm (GMT+4) on a weekday, your parcel will be delivered on the next day; otherwise you should receive it on the second working day. Cash on Delivery Next Day costs AED 25. Same conditions apply.

Please note that whilst we promise to ship your order quickly, the delivery times are not guaranteed and some parcels can rarely take longer to reach their destinations.


How will my item(s) be sent to other countries?

For deliveries to Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or Turkey, we offer Standard delivery (3-6 working days), which costs AED 30.

Please note we have made every effort to make our shipping charges as accurate as possible, however, occasionally the amount charged may be insufficient to cover the cost. If this is the case you will be given the opportunity to either pay the additional amount or alternatively we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Please note our shipping charges do not allow for any charges levied by Customs in the destination country, nor do we accept responsibility for paying such charges. 


How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

An email will be sent to you within 24 hours of dispatch with the name of your courier and your tracking number.


Help! I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?

Please contact us within 30 days after placing your order, and we will do anything we can to help. We may require a few days to investigate this with the courier.


What if my gummies are confiscated by customs?

Please note that we ship a variety of gummy products internationally. We always make sure to provide a customs declaration form to speed up processing. However, due to the often changing laws regarding some of the products and their labelling that vary within countries and even federal territories, we cannot offer compensation in case the product is seized by customs authorities, so please check the legal requirements in your country before placing your order.
